When it comes to food and the processing of food, especially meat, we find huge differences in the world.
On the one hand, we see more and more vegetarians and a rethinking in terms of nutrition and animal welfare, on the other hand a natural approach to the processing of complete animals for daily needs, where nothing of the animal is wasted. Neither from the in-, nor from the outside.
Diversity at it’s best in this colorful world.
